Res 0515: For the promotion of Kim Toussaint's character to the rank of Commander. Ladies and Gentlemen of the Council. I am requesting that you consider the promotion of Kim Toussaint's charcter Daisy Davidson to the rank of Commander. Kim has been in the game for well over 5 years. Many of you will know Kim and more than a few will have written with her over the years. I do feel that this promotion is well overdue as she was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander on 18th December 2003. However, I'll be speaking mainly for the past 3 months, since she joined the PROPHECY crew on the 16th July 2005. Kim joined the PROPHECY whilst it is going through a year of serious changes, and indeed joined us during one of these periods of upheavel. But Kim jumped into the frey with a gusto and enthusiasm that took my breath away. In the three months since she has joined us as Second Officer/CMO she has posted consistently. She has encouraged the members of the PROPHECY crew that have struggled to write to write posts. She is always there with an idea and a helpful nudge. Kim has also written the current mission on the PROPHECY which has got the highest posting rate so far this year. Every single member of my crew have written at least one post in the fortnight since it began. Kim has also been a great help and asset to both myself and Peter. She has given us her unstinting support and encouragement. Being a CO tends to cut you off from your crew to a certain extent, players sometimes feel that they can't come to you as you're probably too busy. Kim has managed to fill this gap admirably, and I feel that communication between myself and Peter and the crew is at an all time high. Kim has always produced consistent high quality posts. She includes both plot development and character interaction in every one, and they are a real pleasure to read. So I am placing this before you, and hope that you will all see fit to vote aye in this instance. If anyone deserves a promotion to Commander it's Kim. Thank you.
