Resolution 0501: Appointing a new CO for the USS PROPHECY

Due to the fact that Ran has resigned from the position of CO of the USS PROPHECY.  A new CO needs to be appointed.

By a vote of 5-0-1, Margie Benham is the new CO of the USS PROPHECY.
