Resolution 0322: Selection of aChair, JAG, dJAG, SF Chief of Sciences

As per the results of RES 0321, we are now in need of a new aChair, JAG, dJAG, and Chief of Sciences

Here are the rules pertaining to the positions:

For aChair:

D) Chairperson Election or Selection
There will be a Chair and an Assistant Chair, who will take over if the Chair is absent for any reason.
The Assistant Chair will be an ExO or a CO.
The Chair will be any person from within the game, including ExOs, COs and DACT.
There will be a minimum experience requirement of nine months in the game.

For JAG and dJAG:

The position of JAG is to be held by two players, one JAG and one Deputy JAG (dJAG). The positions can be held by any player wishing to hold one, after approval from the Council. Both JAG and dJAG cannot serve on the same RP unit.
One player holds the primary position of JAG and should handle all relevant investigations. The second player, in the position of Deputy JAG, should only intervene when there is a presumption of bias.

Outcome: By a vote of 5-1 with 1 abstain Rahul Chandra has been elected to dJAG.

For the sake of expediency, only the primary purposes are listed below.

Maintenance of records of all known planets inside and outside the borders of the United Federation of Planets.
Processing and Admitting all new races to the U.F.P.
Maintenance of records of all known civilizations.
