Although many positions for various admin positions within the FRPG stipulate which type of player can or cannot hold a position nowhere does it specifically say that the person has to be a player, no matter how much it is implied. Thus this RES' purpose is to clarify whether or not one has to be an active player to hold an admin position. Therefore, this res looks to either codify that all administrative positions within the FRPG be held by current, active, players *or* if holding these admin positions once a player leaves active playing in the FRPG should be decided on a case-by-case basis, should the former player still want to hold the positions. For the purpose of this RES, an administrative position is defined as a non-ship position that is on the website that affects all of the FRPG. Additionally this RES affects not only full administrative positions but also any assistant positions of said admin positions. Clarification: The vote will decide whether it should be across the board that admin positions can *only* be held by current players (AYE vote) or if they should be decided on a case-by-case basis (NAY vote). Votes: AVALON: AYE Outcome: By a vote of 4-3 this RES passes, therefore FRPG administrative positions can only be held by current, active players.
