Resolution 0204: Promotion of Britt Larsen's Character (Lt. Cmdr. Kim Woods) to full Commander

Kim has been an invaluable asset to me and my crew. When I have been unable to post for various reasons, she has been there to help lead the crew in to the next phase of the mission. Additionally, she has led several missions on her own and had proven herself (at least in my eyes) worthy of such a promotion.

A little background:
Britt was last promoted on SD: 2416 [2.1] 0322.0900. That is last March. She has also been awarded the Nova Pin and Cadet Star. As much of my crew has been awarded various other medals, it should be noted the only reason she was not awarded the same medals is because RL circumstances prevented her from participating in those missions.
