Proposal for the Activation of a new RP Unit.

The RES was split into three parts, each one dependent on the previous one.

The Creation of a new RP Unit

The Council agreed to begin the preparations for a new RP unit to be put into active duty when the number of players within the fleet would warrant it, most COs feeling that either they were happy with the number of players presently in their crew or voicing a desire to have more players.

Following this, the next part of the RES was presented.

Selection of a CO for the new vessel.

Outcome: 3 - 2 in favor of Naomi Bortolin.

ExOs for the USS PROPHECY and the new RP Unit.

It should be noted these are the preferences of the respective commanding officers.
