Drafter - Francois Charette (CO - USS PROPHECY) Problem - It has been brought to the Council's attention that some of the FRPG members were unsatisfied with the way the Council was handling the administration of the simulation. After discussing the situation, it was agreed that the root of this problem was the lack of communication between the Council and the players. Solution - It is hereby proposed that each Resolution, from now on, presented to either Council be sent to *all* members of the FRPG through a special edition of the Newsletter. With it, a request would also be made to anyone interested to do so to send comments and/or oppinions to their CO/SubFleet representative so that in turn these can be presented to the Council in charge of this Resolution for debate/discussion. It is also proposed that once a Resolution passes the voting stage, that the result of this vote be submitted to the entire fleet along with the next Resolution(s) to be discussed by that Council. It is proposed that the mailing list of the Council be sent, along with the Resolution(s), in this special edition of the FRPG Newsletter thus keeping all players up to date as to changes in the people representing them. This would double as a list of the CO/SubFleet Representatives who can be contacted.
