Resolution 0114: Creation of an FRPG Timeline

Cadets have asked for a timeline when events in the FRPG happened, like the Locustan war, the construction of the GATEWAY, etc. It is proposed that a brief timeline is created that sets major events in the FRPG in relation to each other.
