It is proposed that, in order to provide the COs and the ExOs with a better overall view of the current situations on the various vessels in the fleet, the CO's logs contain an overview of that vessel's subsequent mission. It is also proposed, should any major changes occur during a mission, that the vessel's CO send an update to the Federation Council.
