Resolution 0105: Announcement of Open Positions

Resolution:
All open positions shall be announced in the FRPG Newletter (that is published every two weeks). All CO's should contact the COO as soon as the position
becomes available.

Anyone interested in this position should contact their CO (either directly or through their ExO) and the COO. After an appropriate time for anyone else to
'apply' for the post. The COO and CO shall choose an appropriate candidate.

All other candidates, not chosen, should be informed that the position has been filled. The details of why and by whom are left at the discretion of the CO and COO.
