Resolution 0067: New CO Selection

It is proposed that Francois Charette become the CO of the RP unit currently known as USS DISCOVERY and that Nigel Houlden become CO of the RP unit currently known as USS CENTURY, following the departure of Aaron Melton and Marko Sertic, respectively.
