In the past when there was no COO, Mike was given seat on the ACT Council. Although we now have a COO I would like to see it so that he can still keep that voice as he is more intune (as dDACT) with the needs of today's ACT. I propose that dDACT is added to the council and that the position of former DACT is changed into an advisory role to avoid a tie vote. In cases where one of the ACT Council's Members is unavailable, the Former DACT has the right to vote instead of the missing member. Votes: Outcome: Passed, Closed |
