It is proposed that a simple majority of the votes in the Federation Council (50% + 1) be required for a resolution to pass. Votes are in the future to be sent to the President in private. The President will, after having received all votes, send out the results, including the votes each vessel cast, so that the Council members can check for accuracy. Votes: |
