Promotion of Jason Donovan (CO USS SUTTNER, held by Davo) to Captain after the SUTTNER's first mission. A little bit of background information: The former Gateway Outpost Senior Crew has been assigned to the USS SUTTNER to lead one mission into Borg territory. Aaron and I planned this the way that the SUTTNER actually should only do one mission to Borg space. When the successful outcome of this mission is revealed to Starfleet Command, however, they decide to permanently assign the SUTTNER to the Delta Quadrant to further the relations to the Borg. This is the reason why this promotion will only take place after the first mission. |
