It is proposed that Res 9910, concerning ExOs and ACT instructor service, be amended to make allowances for players that serve in as an ACT instructor before attaining the position of ExO. "Players who have served in the position of an ACT Instructor for a period of 6 months, or previously served in the position of Commanding Officer or Executive Officer (with any character), should be allowed to waive the requirement of concurrent service in both positions." |
