Resolution 9936: Stardate Format Revision

Stardate Form version II:
This is the format:
2.YMMDD.HHHH
This is the explanation:

2. signifies the millenium

Y signifies the year, after 2010, another
digit would be added and the format would
look like this: 2.YYMMDD.HHHH

M signifies the month. Single digit months
would have a 0 in front. Thus, January
would be 01 and November would be 11.

D signifies the day and follows the same format
as months.

H signifies the time in 24hr military time.

In actual use the new format would look like:

For January 1, 2000 at 3:30p
2.00101.1530

and October 15, 2012 at 3:30p
2.121015.1530
