Resolution 9932: Amendment to Resolution 9910

Amendment to Res9910. All ExOs are required to serve in ACT, before serving in the position of Commanding Officer. An officer is not required to serve in ACT before achieving the position of ExO. While is is *preferable* that the ExO serve both positions concurrently at some time, this decision is ultimately at the combined discretion of the ExO, their CO, and the Commandant of ACT.
