GENERAL INFORMATION:

* Name of Planet/Colony: Identification of planet/colony
(specify which)

* Creator(s): Name,
Name, (if needed)

PLANETARY INFORMATION:

* Planetary Location: Name of quadrant, sector, system, etc.
where your planet/colony is located and
nearby landmarks. Please be specific.

* Distance to Known Landmark: Approximate distance and time to the
nearest official landmark, specifying
which, in light years and days/weeks
at Warp 6.

* Planetary Classification: (see SFSCI Classification System) Also
include information about unique gravitic
or atmospheric conditions, if different
from Terran norm.

* Satellites/Space Stations: Number of moons, habited or otherwise.
Also, any orbiting space stations,
construction facilities, etc.

* Land/Water Ratio: Percent land/percent water. Description
of land/water masses.

* Climate: Description of climatic conditions and
whether or not planet/colony possesses
a weather control network.

* Native Life: Listing of significant life forms
indigenous to the planet/colony and
a brief description.

SPECIES INFORMATION:

* Species Present: Identification of inhabitant(s)
(specify percent of population if diverse)

* Population (approx.): Approximate number of inhabitants

* Status: Describe the official and unofficial
relationship between the planetary
government and the UFP/Starfleet; e.g.
Member, United Federation of Planets,
Federation Protectorate, etc.

* Government: Specify type of government and positions
of authority within hierarchy.

* Major Cities/Settlements: List any major cities or settlements on
the planet, describe briefly as needed.

* History: A brief history of the planet/colony's important people,
encounters, events, etc. Be detailed, but not overwhelming.

* Economy: Description of the economy of the planet or colony, e.g.
barter system, latinum-based. Also, detail any major
industry or products.

* Tech Level: Average level of planetary technology using a comparative
20th century, late-24th century, modern.

* Culture: Culture and society of the planet/colony. Describe what,
if anything, makes the planet/colony stand out.

* Notes: Specify anything not covered above.
