The following book is to be appropriately modified and sent out to each class by the Senior Instructor assigned to them (Dorm Assignments will be sent to the Instructor in charge by the DACT). A second version, including the changed moderator is to be sent out upon entrance into the Holodeck. E-mail Lists This is the e-mail list that you are to use when sending a post, and *only* when you are sending a *post*: MODERATOR This is the e-mail list that you are to use when sending an NRPG, and *only* when you are sending an *NRPG* to everone (No post attached): "CADET" e-mail This is the e-mail list that you are to use when sending an NRPG to the instuctors, if you have any questions or comments that you do not want to share with the group (No post attached): "SENIOR INSTRUCTOR" e-mail Dorm Assignments 1.XX: Female; Female All the rooms, except X.10-X.13 are two-bed-rooms. X.10-X.13 is a four-bed-room,where one bed can be left to remain vacant. In the event that there is only one female or male Cadet, one bed may remain vacant in a two-bed-room. Getting Started After reading all four ACT Files, you may begin posting. Please be sure to send your posts to *all* the addresses listed above. Many players get started by writing about their character's arrival. If your character is sharing a dorm with someone, this gives you a great opportunity to interact with that other character. When you are ready to post a story, be sure to write "ACT:" in the subject line. For all other formal regulations check the other instruction books following this one. If you send an informal message (no 'story') then please do *not* send it to the Moderator, and make "NRPG:" the first part of your subject line!
