ATTENTION! IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW!
The Starfleet Chief of Operations will now contact the
Commanding Officer in charge of the vessel, the
successful graduate of phase 1 is assigned to complete
phase 2 and tell him/her to get in contact with said
cadet. If you have successfully passed phase 1 and
don't hear from your new Commanding Officer within a
week, please send an email to your Instructors and/or
the Director of ACT and/or the Starfleet Chief of
Operations.
On the other hand, your new Commanding Officers will
only wait for a limited time when sending out their
introductory mails to you. If you don't reply within a
maximum of three weeks (you *should* reply much
earlier than that) you will be considered dropped out
and will have to go through retraining.
