Resolution 2003-03: Use of FRPG Races for Playing Characters (PCs)

This resolution applies to all cadets undergoing ACT training, regardless of whether they are new to the game or returning players.

"FRPG races" are defined as follows: Races that do not occur within Star Trek canon (i.e. the TV shows) but were created within the framework of the FRPG for exclusive use in this game. These races include but are not limited to: Andarans, Locusta (including Phoenix Regime), Kem D'Neel, Sorel, Sossetans, Supervisors, Taton, Thal.

No player entering ACT training will be permitted to choose one of the FRPG races for the creation of his/her Playing Character (PC). This limitation applies to pure-blooded as well as hybrid characters and includes the PC's immediate ancestors (parents, grand-parents).

Non-Playing Characters (NPCs) other than parents or grand-parents are not subject to this resolution.
