Resolution 2002-01: Proposal for ACTC Membership and Voting

1. The ACT Council will consist of the following four members:
A. DACT - Chairman
B. dDACT
C. COO
D. dCOO

2. All members mentioned in item (1) will be full and equal voting members of the council.

3. The Chairman is responsible for placement of formal resolutions before the council, calling for votes, counting of votes, and presenting of final results to the full council.

4. Resolutions will need a minimum of three (3) yes votes in order for the resolution to be adopted. A tie (2-2) vote results in the resolution being defeated.

Outcome: This proposal has passed with a 4-0 Yes vote and is now adopted.
